Modeling Instruction Application to Reserve a Seat for Clock Hours

This application is for clock hours (i.e., non-credit) in Modeling Instruction for Summer 2024, and must be completed in its entirety.

Selected applicants do not need to apply to ASU. No registration fee; each Modeling Workshop is FREE, thanks to an investment by Arizona Public Service.
